You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Binggo PH will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at support@binggoph.net.
Binggo PH may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, including but not limited to before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be verified will be restricted until verification is completed.
Binggo PH accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions must be in Philippine Peso (₱).
The minimum deposit amount on binggo ph is ₱100 unless otherwise stated on the cashier page. Certain promotions may have higher minimum deposit requirements — these will be clearly stated in the individual offer terms.
Withdrawal requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically completed within one (1) to four (4) hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Binggo PH reserves the right to extend these timeframes during periods of high demand or for accounts undergoing KYC verification.
Withdrawals may only be sent to payment methods registered and verified under your own account name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Before your first withdrawal is approved, binggo ph may require you to complete KYC verification. All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on binggo ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Binggo PH offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the individual terms stated on the Promotions page, in addition to the general provisions outlined here.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in its individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
Binggo PH takes bonus integrity seriously. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine game participation, and colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
Binggo PH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotions are only available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria. Players who register solely to take advantage of a promotion and do not engage in genuine gameplay may have their bonuses removed at binggo ph's discretion.
Real money deposits are always used for wagering before bonus funds. You cannot withdraw bonus funds until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied.
All games available on binggo ph are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.
Binggo PH's decision on any disputed game outcome is final and binding. If you believe a technical error has affected a game outcome, you must report the issue to our support team within 72 hours of the disputed round. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
In the event of a system malfunction, network failure, or technical fault that interrupts a game session, binggo ph will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its pre-interruption state. Where this is not possible, affected wagers will be refunded to the player's account at binggo ph's discretion.
Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set per game and may vary by table. These limits are displayed within each game interface and are subject to change without prior notice.

In cases where binggo ph's liability cannot be fully excluded under Philippine law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Binggo PH does not endorse any betting strategy and makes no representation that any particular approach to gameplay will result in winnings. All games involve an element of chance, and past results do not predict future outcomes.
You may close your binggo ph account at any time by submitting a written request to support@binggoph.net. Before closure, any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balance will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be voided upon account closure.
